About me
Asma Murekatete
I can confidently say that creating KHAILHAN INTERIOR DESIGNS was an inevitable eventuality. Growing up, my dad always had works going on around the house, either a room extension or a completely demolishing one part of the house, for a new structure or simply changing the ceiling of a room or rooms, and along with that came new interior décor of that particular place or places and eventually of the house. I believe growing up through that, I subconsciously cultivated a genuine love and appreciation of architecture and interior designs that naturally drew me to architectural buildings and trying to understand the inspiration behind the structures and try to imagine them differently and have a vivid picture in my mind of what it could be.

I am fortunate enough to have visited Barcelona, lived in Tunisia, and currently based in South Africa, and must say these experiences have reignited my love and passion for interior and architectural designs, so I decided to research on how best to enhance and harness this deep love/passion I have. This led me to educate myself and acquire additional knowledge that has helped me convert my passion into a reality and ultimately creating Khailhan Interior Designs.
